Tikes and Tots is a summer program for the younger child interested in meeting new friends and exploring new worlds. Since attention spans are short, discovery, movement, and “hands-on” activities are essential elements for learning in young children. Our program is a balance between active involvement, periods of free play, and structured activities.
Offered will be counselor-directed activities, stories, movement and music, crafts, and playtime opportunities. A wide variety of games, puzzles, toys and simple sports equipment will be used to promote the social, physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of each child. Counselor-to-child ratio is a maximum of 6:1.

Girls and boys entering pre-K (4 years old).
Tuition
$950 per session. Includes lunch and two snacks.

Ms. Dennelly is the Preschool Director at The Life in Old Westbury. She has been working with the Early Childhood student for 20 years and is very dedicated to the development and needs of the young child.
Session I - June 28 to July 9

Session IV - August 9 to August 20
Children must be toilet trained.
